Hotel Gratkorn - "Bed & Breakfast"

I recently had a very enjoyable stay at a hotel in the Graz area. First off, the value for money was excellent, especially considering the low budget nature of the hotel. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, particularly the manager who spoke excellent English. Lastly, the rooms had a unique charm, with a style reminiscent of the 1970s, which added to the overall experience.

No negative aspects – everything was great!

the room was extremely comfortable, making me feel right at home. Additionally, the attention to detail was evident, with the room being clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided was fantastic, with a wide selection of delicious options to choose from.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory without any major issues.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The hotel had plenty of parking space and was located near the highway, making it easy to get around. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent continental breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful.

While the hotel had a lot of positive attributes, we did notice that the carpets in the room and outside were a bit old, and could have used an update. we noticed that there were some areas of the room that had been overlooked during cleaning, but we addressed this with the management and they were quick to respond.

This hotel offers exceptional value for money. The spacious and well-equipped rooms, reminiscent of the 1970s, provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. The friendly and helpful staff, including the receptionist, go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Additionally, the location, near the highway and with easy access to Graz city centre, makes it a convenient base for exploring the area. The included breakfast is a great bonus, offering a decent selection and "great coffee" to start the day.

The cleaning personnel could use better training to ensure a more thorough cleaning service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the manager Mathew, were friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were great, with free Wi-Fi and plenty of free parking space available. The Continental breakfast was excellent, with great coffee and a good selection of food. The location was convenient, with easy access to the highway and a short drive to the nearby city. I found this hotel to be good value for money, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The hotel was a great budget option for my business trip. the continental breakfast had a good selection and the coffee was excellent. It was located near plenty of free parking and the Italian restaurant next door had delicious food and English, speaking staff. the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Free Wi, Fi was a lifesaver for getting work done.

The cleaning staff could have done a better job, as there were a couple of small details missed. the carpets in and outside of the room were also quite old and could use an update.
